More details to this question:
I am a 27 year old single mother who has gotten in trouble with the law for the first time in my entire life in December of 2016. I am concerned that with my sentencing trial day which isthis coming Wednesday. I unfortunately have came down with the common cold. Along with throwing up in the bathroom this morning I have gotten my menstrual cycle a couple days sooner than what I am supposed to because I keep track of it. now not only am I sick with the common cold of a fever I have one moment a runny nose then the next moment a stuffy nose. My eyes itchy and watery. My stomach is so nauseated that I have been vomiting. Due to having endometriosis when I get my menstrual cycle I get severely bad excruciating cramps turn my stomach sick sometimes. What is the possible outcome of being able to get a continuance for this coming Wednesday due to being sick with a cold and due to having endometriosis I get severe cramps when I get my menstrual cycle that got me sick to my stomach

Impossible to answer really.  I must say, none of what you are describing would be a reason most of the judges im the counties I practice in woyld continue a case for.  But, if this is the first listing, youve showed up for everything, and are likely pleading, you have a shot.  Hopefully, you have an attorney.  Especially if this is your first criminal case.  Really they would be in the beat position to answer theae types of questions.
