QUESTION

What is the likelihood that I will go to jail or is there any way I can avoid that?

More details to this question:
I was put on probation for 1 year for a first-time impaired driving. I went to all my meetings, breath tests, probation appointments and paid off all my fines and court costs but I was still on probation 1 1/2 years later because I hadn't completed my community service, (40 hours). I am permanently disabled but still tried to do my community service but just couldn't do it physically. I went through a very dark time where I had cancer, (right kidney removed), deep depression, on top of my health issues that caused my disability and I missed an appointment with my probation officer and after that was afraid to go back. I was just arrested on a bench warrant for FTA and posted $1000 cash bond and have a court date coming up on the 13th of June.
