What is the maximum sentence for criminal charge?

More details to this question:
A friend of a friend was arrested when they were pulled over and he was arrested on the charge of fugitive from justice. He's in Georgia but the charge is from Florida. This is something about some checks.

Five years for a Third Degree felony. Fifteen years for a Second Degree felony. Thirty years for a First Degree Felony. These are maximums and depending on the charge your friend is charged with he or she is probably looking at probation.
