My brother is being charged with 2 counts of felony identity theft. He was arrested twice under my name for unlawful entry while he was on probation for felony breaking and entering charge. He was able to complete his probation without his probation officer finding out, but now I filed charged and now he has warrants for them. If he got caught and convicted, how much time will he be looking at?
