Roughly speaking, what could be the potential jail time or conviction (small and to high end) for an individual caught stealing fentanyl patches and other narcotics from patients in a medical facility and then admittedly giving them to another person? The individual is additionally being investigated at another prior facility where he worked. He has multiple past charges for theft in addition to other miscellaneous misdemeanors, has a heavy history of job loss, frequently changing location, and who's parents have multiple outstanding warrants (likely irrelevant).
