More details to this question:
A 17 year old boy (pre-meditated) breaks into a house with another 17 year old boy (just tagging along last minute but knows it's a robbery). The former has an unregistered gun. The homeowner catches the robbers in action. The homeowner and gun holder scuffle and the gun goes off killing the homeowner. What sentence would the shooter get? What sentence would the other boy that didn't have the gun get?

I would need to know what the Commonwealth is charging both individuals with. Also, are they being charged as adults or juveniles?
