What is the process to have a criminal record sealed?

I have a couple misdemeanors (DUI and embezzlement)on my record, that I have completely paid restitution for and have taken great strides to change my life for the better. I haven't even had a traffic ticket in the last 5 yrs, yet these charges still haunt me me and block me from getting a decent paying job. I like to see if they can be sealed.
This is no procedure to have your record sealed in Virginia. Expungements are only available in cases where charges were dismissed or you were found innocent.
