What is the punishment for evading arrest on foot for ditching?

I'm pleading guilt but I have to prior counts of family violence and finish probation. What will they do to me?

In Michigan you can get up to 2 years in prison for this. Do not plead guilty. Get a lawyer and see what can be worked out. You lose all bargaining power by pleading guilty right away.

You need to hire a lawyer. Evading on foot is a misdemeanor, but they look at people with prior cases differently when they make offers.
