What is the punishment for robbery category b?

More details to this question:
A friend of mine is being charged with Robbery Category B. He was OR'ed on the condition that he go to inpatient treatment for drugs, he has been out for about 2 months now. What is his sentence looking like?

If found guilty of armed robbery it carries 10 30 years (violent offense).

What state is this in? Washington doesn't have a 'category b' of robbery. Robbery in the Second Degree, with no prior history, carries a presumed sentence of between 3 and 9 months.
