QUESTION

What is the statute of limitations to get license back?

Asked on May 15th, 2015 on DUI/DWI - Michigan
More details to this question:
Over 7 years ago, my license was suspended for DWI. I live in another state now and would like to try to get it back, but from what I have read there is no statute of limitations. I'm not sure what I need to do at this point to go about getting it back. There is really no feasible way for me to return so I would need to be able to handle everything remotely from here. Is there any way to do this?

It can be handled in most cases by an attorney in the state where you were suspended. We have successfully done that but need the details. All outstanding fines and costs have to be paid.
