What is this procedure called for zero bail?

More details to this question:
I thought if you have no record there is a program where you turn yourself in and they do make you call every day and check in but the bail is then a zero amount.

Never heard of it. Bail has two purposes: to make sure you appear for the next hearing, and to make sure you do not get any violations while waiting for the next hearing.
