What kind of lawyer do I seek, or what kind of case is this considered?

was accused of assault with bodily harm by ex-boyfriend who assaulted me. I called the police just to have him leave my home but they sided with his story and I went to jail. Later discovered the charges. Also a protective order was put in place on me from my house where he does not live. (He had been there for two weeks keeping our son at night when I’m working however 2 days prior to this incident he got upset because I didn’t have any money,that evening he was upset because I said that I couldn’t take him to work, that was n argument as well that started back up the next day because I had an appt. I went to my moms that night before he got off work to avoid conflict instead of putting his things out of my house and locking my door but I knew he would then force his way in, damage my house, car, etc. he texted and called me that evening and I didn’t respond. The day I went home and he pinched me up by my arm asking where I had been. Then grabbed a knife & sliced the furniture &myshoe
