More details to this question:
My old roommate who I have known for approximately 10 years stole money from my bank account and put it in his. I called the bank and had to make 2 separate claims against him; one, online fraud, and one debit card fraud. The bank has resolved one issue, but not the other, its been over 2 months and I am still without the remaining money I had, I need to find out what kind of lawyer I need. Please help?
