More details to this question:
My bf met a guy off of Facebook to sell his Rolex. Thinking a bank was a safe meeting spot, my bf and the guy go inside the bank. My bf asks the teller to count the cash in the bag and at that moment, the guy takes off with my boyfriends Rolex. I was sitting in the passenger seat and heard a commotion. I looked behind me and saw the 2 of them running through the parking lot. Out of fear, I grabbed my boyfriends gun out of the center console. As I stepped out of the car, the man who had taken the Rolex started reaching at his waist. I fired a single shot into the air, high enough to where it wouldn’t hit anyone or anything, but not straight up in the air. Hoping it would scare him enough to not pull a weapon and harm my boyfriend. The guy had an accomplice waiting in a car and they drove off with my boyfriends $10,000 watch. We immediately called the cops. They arrived and we gave our statements, as did a few witnesses. What kind of trouble could I get in for this? They caught the guys.
