What penalty do I face after I got pulled over with a restriction license?

More details to this question:
I went to do my laundry at my girlfriend's house with the fact that I don't have laundry machine. I got pulled over for throwing a cigarette out the window In broad daylight and I was not under the influence, they saw my license was restricted. I wasn't aware how long my restricted license was. I have got my license issued back a little over a year now and have been driving to work only. I want to know what penalties i will be facing. Thanks.
