What punishment am I facing with these charges?

More details to this question:
I was In a SUV , I had one sip of beer and I'm underage. I received deferred prosecution last year , and last night, I received a curfew violation and consumption ticket.

Better hope that Judge doesn't find out about the new allegations, or they can revoke your deferred on the consumption. Hire an aggressive lawyer in your area to do damage control.
