More details to this question:
I am trying to find out what kind of sentence i am looking at for getting caught with a class 1 substance.. less than a half gram of heroin (2 stamp bags to be exact) and driving without a license, i realize i made a mistake and have a clean record but i can not get any real answer of what i'm looking at when i walk into court for my preliminary hearing.

If negotiated properly, most likely probation and a mandatory drug/alcohol assessment. The driving without a license is a summary offense--$200 fine.
