What should be done in regards to a pending juvenile case?

More details to this question:
I have a pending bench warrant for a case I knew nothing about nor do I ever recall receiving any court documents regarding any charges. What should be done?

You must address both the outstanding bench warrant and the charge. You must document why you did not receive the court notice. You may be arrested under the warrant Depending upon the nature of the charge. You may have to pay bail for the warrant. You should use us to insure that you are not arrested when you call or report.
