What should do now after I was beaten up?

Yesterday, my well known guy beat me up very bad. My nose is broken. I called a police. Police noted all that happened. The guy is still free and working his job. But I’m sick and my nose is broken. I have much medical cost. I stay home many days and I cannot go to my job. I want to go home jail and he must pay my all of medical bills.
