What should I do about this DUI marijuana charge?

More details to this question:
I got charged with a DUI because I had some weed in the car and I was "driving under the influence". What's the absolute worst case thing that could happen to me in this situation?

Yout might hire the wrong lawyer and get convicted on a charge that is e easily defended and lose your license.

You get a criminal conviction on your record, have a record as a drug abuser, time in jail, fines, increased insurance costs, a lessened ability to get jobs, etc. This the worst that can happen to you.

A drug DUI has the exact same consequences as an alcohol DUI. You need to hire a DUI specialist to fight it, because drug DUIs are harder to prove. But without an experienced attorney, you're a sitting duck.
