What should I do after my uncle had my car seized?

More details to this question:
My keys were taken when I was asleep. I got a call from the police saying my uncle had it and this was his 5th DWI. My car was being seized forever. We live in totally different cities. I have never even had a DWI. Please help.

Get a lawyer and petition the court for return of the vehicle. Also go to the police and report the theft of your car.

In Michigan, you would be able to have a showcause hearing infront of the judge showing that while the car was your's, you did not knowingly give him permission to drive while you knew he was drunk. Consult with a DUI attorney in your area to see if this is a possibility where you live.
