What should I do and what would I be expecting on a joint suspension on joint suspension?

I been on a joint suspension for the past 2 1/2 years. I should have been getting off in 08/17 of this year but I just picked up a new case out of a different court in a different city and was also giving a joint suspension but this time it's a 5 year joint suspension.
