What should I do if I found I had capias warrant through a background check?

More details to this question:
I got a ticket for speeding last year in May. I completely forgot about it, but I want to handle it now. I have recently applied for a new job, and found that on my background I have capias, which from what I read is a warrant for my arrest. If I pay my ticket, will the capias be retracted?

Contact the jurisdiction where the capias was issued; normally if it is just a ticket, you can post a bond that the court can forfeit to clear up the capias.
