What should I do if I got a drunk in public after a DUI?

More details to this question:
I got a DUI back in October. I've finished my community service and have been making my DUI payments. I haven't started classes yet. Two weeks ago, I went there and got a drunk in public. I go to court on the 16th.

You should hire a lawyer to go to court for you. You wouldn't have to be there, which is safer. Remember not only will you be facing new charges, you will also be in violation of probation. Your goal is to get reinstated into probation with no punishment, and get the public intoxication (a relatively light misdemeanor) dismissed.
