Get a lawyer and fight the matter. The attorney may be able to get this matter resolved for a lesser charge or even dismissed.

You'll need an attorney to assist you, if this is in Michigan you have violated the implied consent law which you are charged, as a citizen, to know and understand.

You need to hire a lawyer to help you. You need to get the video on the arrest and analysis with your attorney to develop a defense for trial.

Hire a lawyer to challenge the refusal or lose even restricted driving privileges because you didn't challenge. You have 14 days from the date of your refusal to file objections with the secretary of state or you get a hard suspension for a significant period of time, note, "hard" means no driving at all.

You need to hire a DUI specialist ASAP, because you have only 10 days to save your license. Refusal cases have more serious consequences, but are also more defensible by a lawyer who knows DUI.

Under the implied consent laws, there is little you can do if you refused a chemical test. There are some defenses to a refusal and you should discuss these with an attorney. The Secretary of State will allow you to contest the refusal. It would be worth doing so. If the officer does not show up for the hearing, it can be dismissed. Again, you should consult with an attorney.

In Colorado a refusal carries with it a mandatory year revocation of your driving privileges through the DMV. You should immediately retain an attorney and request a hearing through the DMV.
