Hi guys, I was at work yesterday and was playing with a lighter and accidentally burnt a napkin and rather than putting it out dropped it in the trashcan and ran to the bathroom. I damaged the toilet seat while putting the fire out and was charged with "Damage to state property" under section 18.2-37. This is my first offense(and my last) so I'd like to have this not end up on my record as I'm an 18 year old and in college
