What should I do to remove a theft misdemeanor case back in 2014 from my record?

Can I write the judge to get it dismiss? I have graduated college, own a daycare, etc. I want to own a health home aid but I am not allowed to have theft on your record. I can get it expunge after 5 years but I'm trying to get it took off my record now.

There is nothing you can prior to the expungement period passing except get a pardon from the Governor.
