What should I expect to happen after I refused a DNA sample?

More details to this question:
I was questioned concerning a breaking and entering that happened last year. I was asked for a DNA sample and I refused at this time. He said that if I refused, I would be the prime suspect so I should give him a sample but I did not.

If they have enough probable cause to have a judge sign a warrant, then it would be a court order
