What should we do about the charges my husband is facing?

More details to this question:
My husband is in jail on four felonies. Trafficking heroin 4 grams to under 30 kilograms, counterfeit cocaine sales, and two counts of use two way device to facilitate a felony. He only committed two of them but the DEA charged him with all of them. His cousin is the one who sold the confidential informant the heroin but my husband grabbed the money off the middle console in the car. What should I do? I don't have money for a lawyer?

If you cannot afford an attorney and are indigent, the public defender can be appointed to represent him. You should get the money together to hire a seasoned criminal defense attorney. At the very least you should see a number of criminal defense attorneys in your area and find out how much it is going to cost.
