I was arrested over 10 years ago, long story short, I got charged with felony possession, but was never convicted (adjudication withheld/time served). I had my record sealed and expunged. I have gotten an offer for a job, however, they require a fingerprint check. Will I get disqualified for this job?
It all depends on where you are applying.
There are exemptions - federal, government, criminal justice agency, health, children.
By the way after a case is sealed for ten years you can get it expunged
