What steps should I take after receiving a misdemeanor class 3 for shoving?

More details to this question:
I was arguing with an individual who was working at pizza shop. It was late Saturday night and he told me they were out of pizza which I then walked away. Another individual walked up and received a slice. I then asked why he lied. The individual said it was his friend. His friend received the pizza for free. I told him I was a paying customer and that he was stealing from his company. The friend was next to me and began to argue with me. I shoved the individual out of bad judgement.

Depending on your prior record, the prosecutor may offer you a plea deal that would not result in a permanent conviction in the case. It would be best to have a lawyer to make sure ti all works out in the best way.
