You should contact a lawyer to help determine why your license was revoked and what needs to be done to get it reinstated.

You will need to contact the Dept. of Revenue (Driver's License Bureau) to find out why your license was revoked and when you're eligible for reinstatement. The DOR can tell you what you need to do to get your license reinstated.

It would depend on why it got revoked. Without additional information, I cannot give you an adequate answer.

Not drive. If it got suspended, this is your only DUI in 10 years, and your 21 or over, you could possibly get a restricted license after a one month hard suspension. If it's revoked, then your out of luck.

Depends on why you were revoked. If your operator license was revoked for refusal of a test related to a DUI test, depending on your jurisdiction, you might be able to apply for and qualify for a modification of the revocation. In OK this requires a modification fee and installation of an interlock device on your vehicle once DPS agrees to permit you a modification.
