A friend of mine, without knowledge, Entered my vechicle and smoked marijuana in it. As I discovered this, I went out and told him he needed to stop and get out. At this moment a police officer pulled up and arrested us. Turns out my 'friend' had more pot and pipes. Now I'm being charged. I am pleading not-guilty in court, what are my
options? Is my defense solid enough?
