What type of cases do you guys handle

My son is in prison he's been there going on 7 years he's mentally and physically handicapped he's being denied services and classes because he's not able to read or write or defend himself he doesn't know how to appeal any of his cases I've reached out to his concert has not been helpful at all throughout the years my son was supposed to serve 3 years but end up serving eight I've sent in mental and physical documentation about my son all that has still been overlooked with no communication from the prison
