More details to this question:
I have been charged with a gross misdemeanor relating to investment choices that I made as an executor of an estate. Will this entail all of the details of the financial records, dates, conversations, witnesses, etc. or is that at a later court date? It appears that the court time allowed is a matter of a few minutes, but I am not able to find out more details. Thank you.
Continuing on from my answer to your other question - If the court only has a few minutes scheduled for the hearing, I would guess that it's just a default omnibus. Can't be sure though without reviewing the case file.
