QUESTION

What will be the prison term for a class F felony charge?

Asked on Jul 03rd, 2015 on Criminal Law - New York
More details to this question:
Two people I know were arrested for identity theft. One had over 100 recoded cards and both were suspected of stealing over $4,000 worth of merchandise a day prior. A warrant was served for their rent apartment and an elaborate set up was found with coders, scanners, laptops, etc. The one with the credit cards found on him has a prior for the same thing. They both posted $50,000 bail and went back to where they are from. One says the court date is in August.
