If they are traffic warrants, they will send you to collections to set up payments. If criminal, you should hire an attorney.

If You turn yourself in and pay the fines at the same time then nothing will probably happen to you. Otherwise probably some jail time.

Hire a lawyer, who can go to court without you to recall the warrants.

Hire a lawyer to get the case in front of the judge and pay the fines. You want to clear this up on your own rather than being arrested on a warrant and brought by the police to the judge. Most lawyers handle these for a reasonable fee.

If you fail to pay the fines, you could find yourself arrested and put in jail. You would then be taken in front of the judge who could further incarcerate your for contempt or a violation of your probation. If you do turn yourself in on the warrant, do so with money in hand. Also, turn yourself in at the courthouse, not the police department.
