What will happen if I am caught driving without a license?

I have been stoped once and warned that next time I will be put in jail. He told me he will be looking for me.

You can be jailed for violating traffic statute except for speeding less than 15 miles over the speed limit. Why don't you just get a license? If you are suspended, then you will be jailed and you could get a jail sentence (and an additional suspension.)

If you are driving without a license then YES you can be arrested for Driving While License Invalid or Driving While License Suspended. Best to get your license up to date.
