Asked on Dec 20th, 2013 on Criminal Law - Oregon
More details to this question:
I am 21 and sadly a sex ofender. I served 16 months in prison. And got out to three years probation. I stopped checking in with my PO a couple months ago and haven't registered my new address. I want to turn myself in but I'm scared I could get sent back to prison for several years for failure to register. I want to get my life back on track but I'm scared of this outcome and losing my job. Any advice on what to do
