What will happen to me for a second offense felony?

More details to this question:
I was in the JOIN program for being caught graffitiing once. I am a juvenile and it is a program that expunges my record when I turn 18. I have been doing very well; getting good grades, passing all of the drug tests, but recently I was caught with possession of MDMA powder, which is a felony. What will happen? I am willing to change and I was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
