Asked on Jan 29th, 2012 on Criminal Law - Alabama
More details to this question:
I got a $500 fine and 30 day suspended jail sentence and 2 years unsupervised probation for selling cigarette to a minor, then shop lifted a $20 game from a department store, what is most likely to happen to me? (also I have a little bit of stuff on my youthful offender record.) I was cooperative with the store's people and police, and I'm about to start college, I have a job, and I'm about to start going to a concur for my depression, and poor decision making skills, and I have a job. Also I'm applying to get the public defender to represent me.(will any of this, other than the charge, help my case, in your opinion?)

You can expect that if you are found guilty then your probation will be revoked and the sentence imposed.
