What will my punishment be for 2nd theft charge?

A while back, I got a theft charge as a petty misdemeanor. I had a diversion program which Failed to complete. I was brought to court. I finished everything through the court. I was with a friend and helped her steal at a store. They charged me with 88ing in a bedding and I now have a court date for that. My first charge and my most recent charge is through different counties.

A second time theft gets more serious. You don't want this thing on your record, and you want to avoid possible jail time. Have a lawyer help you.
