If no one was hurt, then you will probably be looking at a DUI charge, and possibly an open container charge. They will probably not file charges against you until thy have the results of the blood test back. Separately, the WA State Department of Licensing will most likely try to revoke your driver's license for a year for "refusing" the breath test. You have a right to a hearing to challenge that one year revocation, but you have to send in your hearing request (along with $375) within 20 days of being notified of the pending license suspension. You should consult with a lawyer about this serious situation.
