What would show up in police clearance certificate?

If someone was arrested and charged and pleaded guilty to a violation, later the court withdrew his guilty plea and the violation record as if it never happened, what would show up in his police clearance certificate? Would the arrest record show up? Would the violation record show up?

The arrest will still show. You will need to file a motion to expunge the record. In today's high tech society, once the arrest is put in the data base it will not go away until a Judge orders it removed from the prosecutor's records; police; State Police records and the FBI records
