More details to this question:
I had got a ticket because my friend had put marijuana in my car he was in the passenger seat with me I had no idea he had done that when the cop had smelled it he had searched my car. He found it an asked whos it was I looked at my friend an he didn't claim it an I sure was not going to claim it. I told my friend to confess an he said he will an since we have court tomorrow I jus want to know how that will turn out if he confesses but keep in mind I was the driver.

No one can tell how court will come out, but in the future it would be a very good idea to hire a lawyer long before you ever go to court.
