when can I get my money for my cell phone?

I got beat up by 2 woman about a month ago. They got charged with assault 3rd and also malicious damage due to them breaking my cell phone. We were suppose to go to court a week ago but they requested trial by jury. I really need that money!! Our next court date in 5 months away!! What can I do? Is there any way to get them to pay me now?? It was also caught on video. So theres proof they did it.

You should contact the solicitor's office that is handling your case. They should put you in touch with the victim's advocate, who may be able to help.
