When I was 17 (I''m now 20), I lobbed a Molotov cocktail at the facade of a restaurant I used to work at. No one was hurt, and the building itself

More details to this question:
didn''t even catch fire; only some bricks and paint were scorched. I live in Allegheny County, Pittsburgh PA. I was never adjudicated delinquent as I confessed to the police early on. I immediately paid all fines, and completed my year of probation in August 2011. I was told I had to wait 6 months (terminating in February 2012) before beginning my expungement procedure. My probation officer said that they would begin the process and send out some paperwork, but that has not happened. It''s been 3 months now and all is silent. My PO won''t even return my calls.
To anyone practicing in this area or at least familiar with the rules relevant to this case:
1) On what records does my past currently exist on and how important would it be to clear it since I was never adjudicated delinquent?
2) How do I begin this procedure? What does my PO have to contribute?
3) Would this expungement be difficult to secure? Will this be expensive and time consuming?
4) Any takers? Haha.
