When will I be able to travel after a conditional release?

I was charged with 4th degree CSC. I have 10 years conditional release. I recently got accepted to a college in China. After I get off parole and start my 10 year conditional release. will I be able to travel? I will not be on parole or probation. Just conditional release. If not, what do I need to do to be able to travel? I also have a girlfriend there. Thank you.

The conditions of your release will likely prohibit travel out of the state and country. You can consider hiring an attorney to submit a request to DOC or even a motion to the court.
