QUESTION

Which option should I choose during arraignment

Asked on Aug 16th, 2016 on Traffic Violations - Ohio
More details to this question:
I stopped on S. Miller Rd., Fairlawn heading North bound to make a left turn into Chamberlain Rd. The South Miller Rd. has 2 lanes on both sides. At green light I judged it be safe to turn because the first car sitting on the first lane seemed slow from a distance. I didn't see any car on the curb lane. But after I committed a turn I saw a Camry fast approaching on the curb lane, so I sped up. He hit my Jeep on the Right Rear door. The impact was so huge that my car was 180 degree turned to stop after hitting the traffic light pole on the Right Front door. The Camry still couldn't stop even after colliding into my car and kept moving forward to crush onto the hydro pole. He claimed he was driving at 35 mile regulated speed. However, the south bound South Miller Rd is about 25 degree uphill for about 250 meters up to Chamberlain. Anyone would easily stop or slightly hit if he/she sees unexpected car in the intersection. The witness behind me states I couldn't see Camry.

Depends, are you contesting the charge or not. It is advisable, by myself and any other Attorney, that you contact an attorney because, if you were to plead guilty, such act could be held against you in a civil matter. Please call someone.    Best,   Nicholas Froning   NOTE: This is not legal advice in the terms that it creates an Attorney/Client Relationship.
