Who should I speak with to start this expungement process?

More details to this question:
A couple years ago I was charged and convicted of a minor misdemeanor in my hometown. As part of my plea agreement with the prosecutor's office, I was told if I went a certain amount of time (1 year) without any more charges then I could get the conviction expunged from my criminal record. It has now been well beyond a full year from the date of my conviction and I have not incurred any additional charges. Thanks for the time.
In Texas, if you are convicted of anything, you cannot get it expunged. If you got a deferred adjudication probation which you completed, you can petition the court to seal it (called nondisclosure.)
